ALL4 Acquires Smith Management Group

JMH CAPITAL PARTNERS (JMH) is pleased to announce that portfolio company ALL4, an environmental consulting firm focused on complex air permitting and monitoring as well as EH&S compliance for heavily regulated industries, has acquired Smith Management Group (SMG), a Kentucky based environmental consulting firm solving multimedia challenges for industry since 1989. The addition of SMG expands ALL4’s geographic reach and technical capabilities to further support the environmental, health, and safety needs of clients throughout the United States.
