ALL4 Acquires Environmental Strategy Consultants, Inc.

JMH CAPITAL PARTNERS (JMH) is pleased to announce that portfolio company ALL4, an environmental consulting firm focused on complex air permitting and monitoring as well as EH&S compliance for heavily regulated industries, has acquired Environmental Strategy Consultants, Inc. (ESC), a Philadelphia based environmental consulting firm supporting industry in the Philadelphia and tri-state region since 1986. ESC will join ALL4’s Philadelphia Region and will further strengthen ALL4’s environmental, health and safety consulting expertise.
