Brad Marshall has over 25 years experience leading industrial businesses through phases of transformative organic and acquisitive growth, via leadership and sales force development, strategic pricing optimization, enhanced customer loyalty, and the application of Industry 4.0 solutions. Mr. Marshall currently serves as CEO of HydraTech, JMH’s consolidation effort in the fluid power industry.

Prior to joining JMH Capital, Mr. Marshall worked at Microsoft, where he was responsible for leading and growing Microsoft’s industrial vertical in the Western United States. He and his team created digital transformation strategies to enable leading manufacturing and distribution companies to develop new business models and revenue streams leveraging industrial IOT, artificial intelligence and intelligent supply chain solutions.

Before joining Microsoft, Mr. Marshall held senior management roles in strategic planning, M&A and sales and marketing at the Gates Corporation, a leading global manufacturer of fluid power products. He was the managing director and board member of a new division at Gates focused on the acquisition of fluid power distributors and organic growth of fluid power products and services throughout Asia Pacific, Europe and the Middle East. Mr. Marshall also held roles responsible for supporting and growing Gates’s relationships with its independent distributor partners.

Mr. Marshall was an Academic All-American (soccer and tennis). He has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, and earned an MBA from UCLA. He has lived and worked in eight countries, and he and his family currently reside in Denver, Colorado.
