Morningside Venture Group

Morningside Venture Group was established in partnership with an experienced multi-unit operator to acquire, build, and operate Dunkin’ Donuts stores.

The company was established in September 2007, with the signing of an area development agreement, covering major parts of the Orlando, Florida market. At approximately the same time, Morningside acquired its first four stores in Orlando.

During JMH’s ownership period, the company grew both through store acquisition and new store development from its initial 4 store acquisition to a total of 17 stores. Morningside’s network of stores was acquired by another Dunkin’ Donuts franchisee in 2013.
